In a world conquered by Milk lovers, will Milk enthusiasts be able to resist this glorious beverage?

A Directing assignment titled, "Conflict Scene." The basis for creating a story where the main character has to deal with some sort of external or internal conflict. Because I am somewhat Lactose Intolerant, I am conflicted every day about whether I should intake milk(Dairy in general). I thought, wouldn't it be fun to exaggerate that ordeal, and "MILK - MILK - MILK" was the result.
